Siemens Rail Automation

We delivered a series of “Resilience through Change” workshops for Siemens Rail Automation, in order to help the senior Business Improvement Team and departmental managers with an impending business change programme. They needed to not only deliver a successful business improvement programme but ensure all personnel responded positively and maximised their performance effectiveness through becoming more resilient to the many challenges that lay ahead. The interactive workshops gave them a practical understanding of what resilience was for each of them and as a team which, in turn, enabled the people to collaborate and support each other by using “The Tools of Resilience” to focuss on real issues and concerns they naturally had.
